The risks of the Industrial food chain do outweigh the benefits because with these risks there can come negative outcomes. For example "The feedlots are also breeding grounds for new and deadly bacteria. Some of these bacteria are finding their way into our food". In this quote, It states "for new and deadly bacteria" these bacteria can come into our food and potentially kill someone. Another example is " Hybrid corn eats up alot of nitrogen...some of it turns into nitrous oxide a gas that increase global warning". In this quote, It states how hybrid corn may be dangerous for us increasing global warning.
I agree with your statement that the risks do outweigh the benefits, but I think that you should give some evidence on benefits to show how the risks are even worst.
