Question

"What are the benefits and risks of using the industrial food chain? The benefits of using a industrial food chain is that everything is basically cheaper. The text states "why? Because HFCS was a few cents cheaper than sugar and consumers couldn't taste the difference". That quote shows an example of how these companies don't care and how just because it's cheaper they will use it. The risks are that if more people find out they might stop buying the food and then they go out of business
