What does the title " The Omnivores Dilemma " mean?

The title " The Omnivores Dilemma" was created because us humans are omnivores meaning that we eat just about anything. Because we are omnivores, we don't really know which foods are good and which foods aren't. And thats the problem, in the book it says " we can eat anything, but how do we know what to eat?"( pg.4).This is what the title "the omnivores dilemma" means.

I think that my course fits into the industrial or local sustainable food chain. I say this because my course had chicken and in the local sustainable food chain the farmers raise animals thee and maybe the chicken is part of that. But for the salad and sweet corn it can be in the industrial food chain because it says, in the field a single crop is grown such as corn...

  1. I agree that the course you chose probably falls under the Local Sustainable. I also confirm with your definition of what the title of the book is. I like that you used evidence to support your thinking.
