Pollan's reason for including steer 534,was to bring up to attention that cattle way of being raised has completely been changed because of today's food industry and basically how fast and demanding it works.Cattle are no longer raised with care and in small numbers,They are raises in small compacted places with over 100 cattle inside of it.
