Dr.Gil:First thoughts

What I ate today:
Breakfast-A muffin, a cup of milk
Lunch- bread,chocolate milk

I usually don't check the label on what the food I'm eating contains but I'm starting to see that I should because I don't know what I am putting into my body even if it's junk food which I like because it might not be healthy. Even though I really like sweets it might not be the best thing because of all the sugar it contains. So from watching the video in class and what you can do with all that left over meat then it makes me want to see what the food I eat contains so that I can know I'm not eating something I don't want in my body.
