The risk outweigh the Benefits of the local sustainable food chain because it's helps the earth and it's good for people's health . Even though the food gets expensive because of how healthy and natural the food is , this causes the risk to outweigh the benefits . In the text it states , " people were paying a higher price for poly face food and in many cases driving more than hour to come get it ..." This states that risk out weigh the benefits because it's coming from a local sustainable farm , which is natural .
