The Hunter Gatherer Food chain dosent seem like something anyone would use in this time. People sometimes don't even want to cook they're own food,what makes you think they would want to hunt and gather they're meals. Pollan states that he has to kill his food himself,and he didn't feel so good afterwards while it was a exciting moment he relized he just killed a animal and wasn't to happy about that.Hunter Gatherer means everyone has to kill hunt and gather for there own food all ages and not to many people are up for that or even fit for that.
