The solution for the omnivore’s dilemma is that the local sustainable food chain offers fast and healthy food and also it tell people where there food is actually coming from. People also feel connected to their food. the text states " Compared to that, the Polyface " beyond organic " food chain is incredibly short " (pg.182). This explains why they're faster because they have to travel a shorter distance to the markets. The text also states " Getting their food from Polyface lets them feel connected to their food-these customers know exactly where their food comes from,"(pg.184).  This quote shows how people are most likely to get food from Polyface because it their fast to deliver and people actually know where their food comes from.
