Dr.Gomez: Omnivore's Dilemma Response

I really cant understand the question as much....but what I think it means is that Local Sustainable brings back up the good things in the food chains since the first one we did was bad and the one we just finished was ok, but not as good as Local Sustainable. Local sustainable offers you fresh and good veggies and fruits, as well as good foods the natural way. There are rarely any risks of using that food chain. For example, in the book it says that when animals in a farm eat the grass, while in a pen with no floor, which is great for the animals so they can just eat from the floor the grass. Then when done they fertilize the ground with their manure. After, the farmer than moves them to another patch of grass to repeat the same process. Their manure helps the ground get fertilized to grow crops super easy.
