In my opinion the risks do outweigh the benefits of the industrial organic food chain. I say this because they treat the animals badly or cruelly. The text states " The cows on these farms spends their time in a fenced lot eating organic grain for the three times a day they are hooked up to milking machines ". This shows a risk because these cows have no freedom and their forced to eating organic grain. However, The text states " The organic  food in stores like whole foods is organic because it is  grown without chemical fertilizers or pesticides ". This explains a benefit fit because they don't modify their food like others. It not worth the cruelty just so that we can eat healthier.
