I believe the solution the omnivore's Dilemma that the local sustainable food chain offer is that it tastes good, we customers know where our food is coming from and it is the right way of eating. In the text it states, "Getting their food from Polyface lets them feel connected to their food- these customers know exactly where their food comes from" pg. 184. This piece of detail confirms my idea by portraying that customers who buy local sustainable food do know where their food is coming from and make them feel satisfied because they know how their food reached them and know how their food was processed. It also offer food that tastes good which is also natural and healthy. This is because the local sustainable food chain is processed well, and use no chemicals to grow its food and also it's the right way of eating. I revered I said Omnivore's Dilemma means a difficult situation we humans are in either for choosing the way we eat. This is the claim my ideas is connecting and my reasoning.
