 The benefits outweigh the risks because it gives the environment the freedom it deserves.the author writes... "It meant living in harmony with nature instead of trying to control it"pg 113. This shows that the organic farming gives back the freedom to nature which is a great thing because chemicals aren't being poured out on the earth we live on.One risk is...... "The cows are fed corn just like the cows at poky, but their feed is organic"pg 114. This is a risk because these cows aren't eating the food their supposed to. Over all the benefits outweigh the risks because the earth we live on is more important than these cows so the chemicals could come back and kill us or any other species.
