Dr.Dones benefits vs. risks

The industrial organic has both benefits and risks but the benefits outweigh the risks. The organic industrial food chain is better for the environment but it's also more expensive than industrial food. The text states "The important thing, he would argue, is that behind every organic TV dinner or chicken stand acres of land that will no longer be doused with chemicals" This quote means that chemicals aren't going to be used anymore and the environment would be less harmed. But there are also risks to the industrial organic food chain.  The text states "Now, a steak like that has got to taste better than one without a story. You can bet it will be more expensive too." This quote means that when the food is organic it's more expensive and less people would buy it and people would be tempted to buy the unhealthy food because it's cheaper.
