The benefits of industrial organic food I that they are naturally grown which mean that they are not a harm to te people that consume them. Te text states"it was grown without the help of fossil fuels,pesticides,or chemical fertilizers"(112). This helps me understand that the food made is grown naturally so the food does not harm the people who consume it. The risks are that they are now creating processed organic food which is almost the same as the processed food. So the risk is that the organic food is not as different as the processed food that are already created.
