Dr.Dones benefits vs. risks local sustainable

I believe that the benefits outweigh the risks in the local sustainable farms. The farms have both benefits and risks. The text states "The chicken manure fertilizes the grass, supplying all the nitrogen it needs" (pg 163) This means that the animals on the farm helps the environment by helping the grass grow instead of using unnatural substances. However there are also risks to local sustainable farms. The text "But left In one place, the chickens would eventually destroy the soil"(pg 163)  This means that if the farmers leave the chickens in one place for too long it could kill the soil.
