      A solution to the Omnivores Dilemma that the local sustainable food chain has is that getting your food from there lets people feel connected to their food. The customers who buy the food know where their food came from. In the text it states, " Getting their food from Polyface lets them feel connected to their food-these customers know exactly where their food comes from,"(pg.184). Also, the customers think it tastes better, even though the food cost a little more money. In the text it states, "Plus, they think it tastes better... Whenever I hear people say clean food is expensive, I tell them it's actually the cheapest food you can buy,"(pg.185). The local sustainable food chain had a solution to the Omnivore's Dilemma by the customers feeling connected to the food and knowing where their food exactly came from.
