Dr.Naraidoo:Local sustainable reflection
I believe the benefits outweighs risks of the local sustainable food chain because it's more healthier , fresh, and better to eat. As shown in the book "... These consumers know exactly where their food comes from... and taste better." The food taste better and the people know where it comes from. Also shown in the book, " you're not going to find fresher chickens anywhere." This supports the idea that local sustainable food chain is more fresh and heathy because the chickens are fresh. However people might say risks outweigh the benefits because the food cost more. This isn't true because the quality of the food contributes to the price. You pay more for a better quality food.
