Yes i believe that risks overweigh benefits because as stated " people were paying higher price for polyface food and in many cases driving more than an hour to come get it" (pg184) this shows that we pay more because it comes from a local sustainable farm. These food are maintained in healthy conditions though, as stated " the chicken manure fertilize the grass supplying all the nitrogen it needs" (pg163).
