The risk of the Industrial organic food chain do outweigh the benefits.While according to Pollan organic food most of the time actually does taste better which is good who wouldn't want that of course.But what happens when that very food called "Organic" is actually drenched in fossils fuels,it defies the very meaning of the word organic in all the ways possible. Also according to Pollan Organic cattle and other animals are fed the same feed but just organic. This also shows that even if it says organic the animals are basically still being treated the same way as a industrial food chain animal which makes no difference at all
