The risks and benefit of the food change is positive and negative because all the chickens have no antibiotics this is negative because in the text it states "An infection could kill 20,000 birds overnights " This quote shows the risks because it only takes one to get infection then the whole stock of chicken in the barns would be dead . But their is also a positive for us and the people that eat the chicken because in the text it states " The Cornish Cross is a type of chicken bred for the industrial food chain " this quote shows how that's and type of chicken bread that is grown fast so the people that sell the chicken get easy money and we get our food . this shows the positives and negative but it all works together for both us the buyers and the sellers to thrive.
