The risks and benefit of the food change is good and bad because all the chickens have no antibiotics but that is bad because in the text it states "An infection could kill 20,000 birds overnights " This quote shows and risks because if only just one gets and infection then the whole stock of chicken in the barns would be dead . But their is also an benefit for us and the people that sell the chicken because in the text it states " The Cornish Cross is a type of chicken bred for the industrial food chain " this quote shows how that's and type of chicken bread that is grown fast so the people that sell the chicken get easy money and we get our food . But their is both and risks and an benefit but the all work together for both us the buyers and the sellers.
