Did Michael Pollan influence any part of your eating habits/decisions at all? Why or why not?
To be honest, as much as I learned about the way animals are treated or how things are made, it didn't really make me think about what I'm eating. Yes, it did make me think twice about it, but I don't think I'll stop eating meat. I don't eat meat very often, which is a good thing I guess. But I think Michael Pollan didn't really make an influence to think about my food choices.
Dr. Flores,
ReplyDeleteIt's interesting how you noted the book made you think twice, but you don't think you'll stop eating meat. What factors make you continue to want to eat meat? Thanks for sharing!
