Dr.Gomez: Reflection
Pollan did not influence the way I eat because, even though some of the food is made in factories, I only care if the food is really good. Even though producing food from factories could be dangerous, I rarely see it happen and its always healthy. Maybe it's because I'm mainly eating the farm side and not the factory and I probably don't even know it. But, no matter what, Pollan didn't really change my way of eating.

ReplyDeleteIt's interesting that you note that since you don't see the production of food from factories happen, it doesn't influence you. Did the film, "Food Inc." persuade you in any kind of way? Thanks for sharing!
